Become a Donor

Every gift helps bring hope, healing, and healthcare to individuals and families in our community. Whether you make a one-time contribution, become a recurring supporter, or give through payroll giving, your generosity helps ensure more people can access the care they need.

  • Platinum Tier* ($50,000 +)

  • Gold Tier* ($30,000 - $49,999)

  • Silver Tier* ($10,000 - $29,999)

  • Bronze Tier* ($1,000 - $9,999)

  • Payroll deductions

* All Tiered donations, whether reached as a one-time donation or incrementally in one calendar year, will receive a name plate at clinics, website badge, personalized plaque, grouped social media post, announcement in member newsletter, and recognition at our annual fundraiser. All donation tier participants will receive recognition in Q1 of the following calendar year.

Become a Title Sponsor

Being a Title Sponsor gives your organization the opportunity to walk along side YMHCCC, by helping shape a healthier future for our community while promoting your business.

(10 available per year)

Title Sponsor Benefits:

Community Event Exposure

  • Co-branded visibility at all YMHCCC community events.

  • Participation in a minimum of four major events in Bridge City, five events throughout the Golden Triangle, plus additional community events throughout the year.

Promotional Opportunity

  • Provide up to 1,000 branded promotional items (such as pens, chip clips, or similar giveaways) for event swag bags

  • Include up to 1,000 business cards or promotional flyers in swag bags

Scholarship Program

  • Participate in YMHCCC's annual $1,000 scholarship program by:

  • Voting to select the scholarship recipient

  • Attending and participating in the scholarship presentation

Year-Round Brand Recognition

  • ​Your Logo will be Featured on:

  • Event T-shirts (includes two complimentary shirts)

  • Event banners displayed at the clinic and community events

  • Monthly newsletters

  • Annual email spotlight

  • Monthly social media spotlight

  • Children's coloring pages distributed at events

  • Co-branded swag bags (1,000 bags distributed annually)

Annual Fundraiser
